This lovely set of three fat quarters in brown and ecru includes a re-edition of the “Drinking Trough” (L’abreuvoir) Jouy motif, designed in 1797 by Jean-Beptiste Huet. You’ll see scenes of animals drinking water and farmhands merrily drinking and dancing. The coordinating fabrics, also in brown and ecru, include a floral motif and another toile de jouy; the dancers that can be seen in the main motif L’abreuvoir.
You receive three fat quarters that are slightly larger in size than normal, as the fabrics are wider on the bolt. These are beautiful, high quality fabrics great for all kinds of sewing projects.
